What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable unless it is cancelled 3 days before your visit then it will be fully refunded

Sleeping Arrangement

There is one king size bed along with a sofa/day bed that is suitable for 2 persons under 12 , En suite from the main bedroom includes a Shower with Bathtub and all amenities. The view from the lounge is of the countryside with no buildings to spoil the view of the British Countryside

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the Annex

Getting Here

The closest train stations are Stratford Upon Avon, Banbury. Driving is the only way to get around once you arrive at the station so a car rental would be highly recomended unless you own a car
